This photo was taken in Tulamben Bay. The ID is a bit tentative. L. rubrioperculatus is supposed to have a red spot on the posterior of its operculum, just above and anterior of the reddish base of the pectoral fin. Here it looks more brown, although the species can change color quickly so perhaps the brown patch would be more red at other times.
